Refunds & Exchanges: Terms & Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please note the following requirements:

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to submit a return request. After this 30-day window, items are no longer eligible for refund or exchange.

  • Item Condition: The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for all transactions.

  • Exclusions: Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund Processing

Once approved, your refund will be issued via your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, this process typically takes between 5 and 14 business days.

Important Notes

  • Order Accuracy: We kindly ask all customers to review their orders carefully (items, quantities, sizes, and shipping address) before checkout. Due to our prompt fulfillment process, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order is placed.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
